The economy is headed into a recession, with the real estate, banking, and auto industries all in deep trouble. Americans, including me, are being cautious with their money. So, of course, now is the time when the record companies release a bunch of must-owns, including rereleases of the New Order Factory catalog and Warren Zevon’s classic self-titled album, all of which will probably be a vast improvement over their early-CD era predecessors in terms of sound quality. An embarassment of riches, except I’m not rich enough to buy them right now! Damn it!
Hey, record companies! Our hit count is skyrocketing! How about some swag?
